Okinawa has finally launched the Okhi-90 at a starting price of Rs 1.21 lakh (post Fame II subsidy). Mostly tested on Indian roads, this long-range electric scooter gets a removable 72V 50 AH Li-ion battery pack and accelerates from 0-90kmph in just 10 seconds.
This scooter gets two riding modes - Eco and Sports. The former allows the rider to attain speeds up to 55-60 kmph while in Sports mode, the scooter can reach speeds up to 85-90 kmph. The claimed riding range on a single charge for Okinawa Okhi-90 is 160 km.
Feature-wise, Okhi-90 gets equipped with a digital speedometer, in-built navigation, mobile charging USB ports, Bluetooth connectivity, secure parking, geo-fencing and others. The scooter alerts the rider with battery info, speed alerts, calls, insurance and maintenance alerts as well.
Riders can also download the Okinawa Connect App which comes loaded with numerous features. This long-range electric scooter is offered in four colour options - Glossy Wine Red, Glossy Ash Grey, Glossy Jewellery Blue and Glossy Pearl White.
