After making a successful but shaky run in the electric scooter space, Ola Electric is all set to make things right with its new venture into the electric bikes business, and the first of the lot, Ola Roadster X is now officially being launched on February 5, as per the official teaser from the brand's social media post. While the brand has three bikes in the pipeline, the other two are slated for launch sometime later. Ola Roadster X Launch On Feb 5

The highly anticipated Ola Roadster X is set to launch on February 5th, with deliveries expected to commence in mid-February. This marks the first launch from Ola's trio of electric motorcycles revealed last year, and it is poised to compete directly with the Revolt RV1. Ola recently shared glimpses of the Roadster X in production at their factory, showcasing the bike in its early stages of assembly. As for its styling, it looks futuristic but will evoke polarised reactions. While some may find it palatable, for others, it might be a little too fancy.

The Ola Roadster X rolls on alloy wheels and is equipped with a telescopic front fork and a mono-shock rear suspension. Braking duties are handled by a single disc at both ends, assisted by an ABS suite. This electric motorcycle comes with a host of modern features, including cruise control, turn-by-turn navigation, and a 4.3-inch LCD display powered by MoveOS 5. LED lighting, regenerative braking, reverse mode, a tire pressure monitoring system, and geo and time fencing further enhance the riding experience, and the bookings for the Roadster X have been open since its unveiling.

The Ola Roadster X unveiled last year, will be available in three variants for different rider needs and price points.

• Roadster X 2.5kWh: Priced at Rs. 74,999 (ex-showroom), this entry-level variant offers a claimed range of 117 km and a top speed of 105 kmph.
• Roadster X 3.5kWh: Stepping up, the 3.5kWh variant is priced at Rs. 84,999 (ex-showroom) and boasts a higher top speed of 117 kmph and a claimed range of 159 km.
• Roadster X 4.5kWh: For those seeking maximum range and performance, the 4.5kWh variant is priced at Rs. 99,999 (ex-showroom). This top-spec model delivers a top speed of 124 kmph and a claimed range of 200 km.
