1. First 2W In India With ADAS!

Ola Electric has introduced an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) suite on the new S1 Pro Sport, a significant safety upgrade teased earlier by the company. Powered by the upcoming MoveOS 6 operating system, this camera-based system is designed to enhance rider safety. Key features include front and rear collision warnings, blind-spot detection, and adaptive cruise control. While the new hardware is standard on the S1 Pro Sport, it remains to be seen if Ola will offer these features as a retrofit option for existing customers.

2. The Fastest Ola Till Date

Ola Electric has just unveiled its most premium electric scooter yet, boasting the best specifications the company has ever offered. Paired with a new 16 kW electric motor, the scooter delivers a blistering top speed of 152 kmph, making it the fastest Ola scooter to date. Performance is equally aggressive, with a claimed 0-40 kmph sprint time of just 2.0 seconds and peak torque output rated at 71 Nm.

3. Battery Pack & Range

At the heart of this flagship model lies a 5.2 kWh made-in-India battery pack that now uses the brand's advanced 4680 cells. Ola claims an impressive 320 km on the IDC cycle, placing this e-scooter at the very top of India's high-performance EV two-wheeler space. Notably, this is the only battery spec that you can get with the Ola S1 Sport. It also gets a 4 kWh variant that acts as the base spec trim for the Sport model.

4. Most Advanced Ola Yet, But Surprisingly, Not The Most Expensive

When it comes to pricing, Ola has introduced the S1 Pro Sport at an aggressive Rs. 1.5 lakh (ex-showroom) for the smaller 4 kWh battery variant, though this is an introductory tag and could see revisions soon. The larger 5.2 kWh version is priced at Rs. 1.65 lakh, positioning it as the brand's top-spec offering. Interestingly, the Ola S1 Pro+ 4 kWh variant sits higher than the S1 Pro Sport 4 kWh despite lacking the extra kit that the Sport model packs, while the S1 Pro Sport 5.2 kWh ends up costing Rs. 5,000 more than the equivalent Pro+ 5.2 kWh variant. This minor pricing anomaly is likely a result of Ola's introductory strategy and could be rationalised once the brand stabilises its portfolio pricing.

5. MoveOS 6 Incoming

Ola has also confirmed that its upcoming MoveOS 6 will debut by early 2026, introducing a major leap in connected tech. The highlight of this update will be Ola's in-house AI assistant called 'Krutim', designed to provide personalised suggestions to riders, such as optimising range through ride data analysis. Alongside the AI, the update will also bring ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features, including traction control for better stability across varied terrains, further enhancing safety and the overall riding experience.
