The Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX Now Costs Rs 93,000 More Than Earlier!

Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX Details

The Ninja 1100SX made its global debut about a year ago, and was launched in India not long afterwards. Earlier priced at Rs 13.49 lakh, the Ninja 1100SX is now priced at Rs 14.42 lakh (all prices ex-showroom). This is a consequence of the new GST regime kicking in, which has made motorcycles less than 350cc more affordable. However, higher-capacity motorcycles now fall under a new 40 percent tax slab, thus increasing their prices.

Powering the Ninja 1100SX is the 1099cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine, which produces 131bhp at 9000rpm and 112.9Nm of torque at 7600rpm. The twin-tube aluminium frame is suspended on fully-adjustable 41mm USD forks and a gas-charged monoshock. For braking, it makes use of 300mm, twin floating discs with Brembo monobloc four-piston callipers , along with a 260mm disc with a single-piston calliper.

In terms of features, it gets a 5-inch TFT display with bluetooth connectivity, navigation, power modes, traction control, ABS, cruise control, and engine braking control among other things.
