India Yamaha Motor has launched the new Aerox 155 S version in India at Rs 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom). The newly launched Aerox S version comes with a new smart key which makes the scooter keyless. Yamaha Aerox 155 S

The new Aerox S comes with a smart key that enables keyless lock/unlock and keyless ignition. The rider can now locate the scooter in crowded places by activating the blinkers and buzzer sound. Also, for added convenience, the rider can now use the keyless ignition to start the scooter with proximity detection. The scooter can be started by putting the knob to the ignition and pressing the start button. With the keyless technology, the safety of the scooter has also improved as the risk of unauthorized access will be reduced.

The Yamaha Aerox is a bold and sporty maxi-scooter that comes with a striking design language. It comes with features like a traction control system, digital instrument cluster, ABS, and Bluetooth connectivity among other features.

It is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled engine which produces 15 PS of power and 13.9 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a CVT transmission. The Aerox by Yamaha is E20 fuel-compliant and has an onboard diagnostics (OBD-II) System.

The new Aerox 155 Version S will appeal more customers who are looking for a more feature loaded scooter. The Aerox is a powerful scooter and it comes with an aggressive design which makes it look different on the road.
