Deltic Drixx

Last updated on 4th March'24: The Deltic Drixx electric scooter is stylish and compact, perfect for navigating city streets. It can go 60-100 kilometres on one charge and takes 4-5 hours to recharge. You can choose between Li-ion and lead-acid batteries. It's energy-efficient, using only 1.5-2.0 units of electricity per charge.

Battery and Motor: A small and very basic 0.25 kW electric motor powers the rear wheel of the Deltic Drixx. This hub-mounted electric motor churns out enough power to give the Drixx a top speed of 25 kmph. The very basic 60V 28Ah lead-acid battery of the Deltic Drixx returns a decent range of 70 km.

Design and features: Despite its cheap pricing and availability as an entry-level basic scooter, the Deltic Drixx is one sharp and youthful-looking scooter. The sleek body panels and modern features make the Drixx look appealing. At the front, the Deltic Drixx has a compact and sharp-looking apron, which houses angular dual-LED headlamp clusters on either side of the lower part of the apron. From the bottom, these headlamps are partitioned with a small arrowhead-shaped panel finished in satin silver. Even the handlebar cowl looks sleek and sharp and comes with slim eyebrow-shaped daytime running LEDs on either side. The front apron and front fender of the Drixx come painted in a dual-tone theme.

The Deltic Drixx comes with large wing-shaped side body panels, which have a dual-tone treatment over them. The bottom part of the floorboard comes with small air vents on either side to cool the battery. Towards the rear, the side body panels are finished in a theme of satin silver, which also houses the tail lamp cluster in a wraparound fashion. The Drixx comes with LED treatment for the tail lamp and turn indicators at the back.For its price and positioning, the Deltic Drixx comes with a few modern amenities like a fully-digital instrument console, central locking with anti-theft alarm, find my scooter alarm, reverse mode and a USB port for mobile charging. The scooter rides on 10-inch black-coloured wheels shod with 3.00-10 tyres. 

Colours: The Deltic Drixx can be purchased in one of the three dual-tone shades – red with black, blue with black and grey with black.  

Rivals: The prices of the Deltic Drixx start at Rs 58,490, which makes it one of the cheapest electric scooters on sale at the moment. At this price, the Drixx competes with other cheap electric mobility solutions like Evolet Derby, Okinawa R30 and Yo Drift.
