BMW Motorrad India has teased the R 1300 GS Adventure, confirming its India debut is imminent. The bike, already unveiled globally, is a more hardcore, touring-focused version of the standard R 1300 GS. It retains the 1300cc boxer engine (143 hp, 149 Nm) but adds key upgrades like adaptive vehicle height control and the new Automated Shift Assistant (semi-automatic gearbox). Visually, it looks bulkier and more rugged, featuring a large 30-litre fuel tank and enhanced touring equipment.
BMW has launched the R 1300 GS Adventure in India at a starting price of Rs 22.95 lakh (ex-showroom), expanding its flagship ADV lineup. Based on the standard R 1300 GS, the Adventure variant gets touring-focused upgrades, including electronically adjustable suspension as standard, cruise control, and an Automated Shift Assistant.
BMW has launched the R 1300 GS in India at an introductory price of Rs 20.95 lakh (ex-showroom), replacing the outgoing R 1250 GS as the brand’s flagship ADV.
