Mahindra XUV300 Petrol W8(O) I live in Mumbai and my daily running is hardly 20 km from my home. I was looking for a butch SUV and this XUV300 was finalised at the very last moment when I had booked the Nexon and cancelled it for this one. The only problem I am facing is the lack of an automatic gearbox which could be very much handy. It only comes in diesel. Being a petrol manual the fuel efficiency is 12 km/l and till now I am loving the build quality and the people glances when I visit my village. The design of this car speaks for itself and I have done around 4600 km in this one. I am completely satisfied with Mahindra and this product.
Mahindra XUV300 W4 Diesel I wanted a diesel compact SUV because of my higher running and even though I was picking up Ford Ecosport I ended up buying this one. This XUV300 has now completed 20,000 km on the odo and its just an year old SUV. My most runs are on the highways and sometimes I do 500 km daily. So me and my driver drives this car mostly. Even though it is a little expensive I am completely satisfied with the diesel motor and the rugged quality. The suspensions are far better on bad roads and I completely feel safe when I drive this car. The only downside is the lack of features inside the cabin and it feels pretty old. Boot space is another problem. The efficiency is remarkable as it reaches 20km/l – 23 km/l sometimes. So I am happy with this car.
