Read MoreHere is my review. Pros include the phenomenal ride quality and space on the inside. It is more affordable than the very expensive City and has unbeatable fuel economy for the diesel. Cons include the low clearance, bland design and average showroom experience. In the nutshell, if you have a low budget of Rs 8-10 lakh, you must pick this car up and overlook the shortcomings. Long term expenses are less, automatic is great for city and rear seat will be loved by parents. But if you can extend budget slightly, look at the funky looking Verna or the new 2020 Honda City - both are very good options too.
Read MoreHello all. This is our review of 2018 Ciaz. It is a family car that we bought to replace our Santro. The step up was big and although diesel engine was an apprehension, we think the fuel mileage makes up for that. We are used to the engine now and easily get 25 kmpl on our highway trips to hometown that we do every month. We have clocked 78000km till now and the overall service cost is average. That said, we have suffered a leak front shock absorber and the steering feels heavy at slower speeds. Otherwise, my parents feel very comfortable on the back seats and the big boot is good for luggage usage. I would recommend this car to new buyers though diesel is not sold as I understand now.

This is the top end version but has less features than other cars. However our main requirement was space and value and this is where Maruti continues to impress us. This is our 4th Maruti car in the last 12 years. The car is just 6 months old and we have not been able to drive much, hence 10,000km is still pending. The automatic is very good in my opinion but I do miss paddle shifters. I am also using Nexa connect app and features are very helpful for me and my family who can track me on the move.
