Battery And Specs: It comes with a sole 61kWh battery and it produces 156PS power along with a peak torque of 206Nm.

Range: In a single full charge, it claims a range of up to 402 km.

Dimensions: Dimensionally, it is 4600mm in length, 2059mm in width and is 1543mm in height.

Features: The MG 5 EV comes with a long list of features including 7-inch infotainment touchscreen, automatic AC with odour filter, rain sensing wipers, electronic parking, vehicle to load facility, brake, tilt and telescopic steering wheel adustement, and more.

Safety: Safety is taken good care of with features like ABD with EBD, 6 airbags, hill-start assist, emergency brake assist, 360-degree camera, TPMS, and more.

Colours: The colour options include 6 shades namely Arctic White, Piccadilly Blue, Black Pearl, Cosmic Silver, Hampsted Grey, and Dynamic Red.

Rivals: It will directly compete against the Hyundai Kona, and other similarly priced EVs in the segment.

Price: Its starting price is estimated to commence at Rs 27-30 lakhs.
