Tata Tigor 2017-2020 Latest Update
The Tata Tigor is based on the Tiago hatchback and it looks extremely good for the price. The car is inspired by the notchback design and it attracts a lot of attention on the road. The Tata Tigor looks very premium, especially with the newly updated looks that offers new chrome inserts in the headlamps. It gets powered by a single 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated engine that generates a maximum power of 85 PS and peak torque of 114 Nm. The car comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed AMT automatic transmission. The petrol unit is good on performance but that said, NVH or noise, vibration and harshness levels aren’t th best around. Tata has updated the Tigor with new features including a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay system. It also supports voice commands. The car gets electrically foldable and adjustable ORVMs. The safety features
include dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD and corner stability control. Tata offers a total of six variants with the Tigor and it also gets a more powerful JTP variant that gets powered by a 1.2-litre
turbocharged petrol engine. The Tata Tigor takes on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Dzire but the price of the car makes it a value-for-money choice.
