The updated 2023 Kawasaki Z900 RS cafe racer has been launched globally. It has been updated with new exciting colour options to make it look even more desirable. However, the cafe racer from Kawasaki does not host any other mechanical or technical changes. The updated bike is also expected to debut in India later this year in limited numbers.

2023 Z900 RS Details
Speaking of the new colour, it is based on the previous model's Metallic Diablo Black shade. However, it now features two golden stripes at the fuel tank and the headlight cowl in symmetry. This touch-up makes the Z900 RS look even more neo-retro. The enthusiasts and customers who love the neo-retro premium bikes are going to love it. Meanwhile, the black base colour remains unchanged.
But, apart from this, the MY23 RS Cafe remains unchanged. This means that the technical figures and the design aesthetics remain the same. Its powerplant has been carried forward from the Kawasaki Z900 naked sports itself. However, this 948cc, inline-4, the liquid-cooled engine makes 109 bhp of peak power. This engine is detuned a bit and the ECU has remapped along with the change in gear ratios. This leads to an exciting riding experience with the glory and retro appeal of Kawasaki.
In India, we suspect that Kawasaki will introduce the bike later this year. However, it might only come in limited numbers due to its limited sales. The previous iteration of the Z900 RS has been priced from Rs 8.30 - 8.80 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi. Its main competition is with the Triumph Speed Twin.
