2024 Jupiter Colour & Variants

The 2024 Jupiter 110 is available in six colour options that include three matte and three gloss colour options. The gloss colour options include Meteor Red Gloss, Lunar White Gloss, and Starlight Blue Gloss. On the other hand, the matte colour options are named Galactic Coppet Matte, Titanium Grey Matte, and Daqn Blue Matte.

2024 TVS Jupiter - Design & Features

2024 TVS Jupiter 110

The 2024 Jupiter comes with a major design update that has made the scooter more modern and stylish. The scooter now boasts a new front fascia with a new LED DRL with integrated turn signals on the apron, an updated LED headlamp assembly, and a piano black treatment replacing the chrome. The side profile now gets a sharp body line and a long dual-tone seat which looks more appealing. Moving to the rear, it gets an infinite LED taillamp with integrated turn indicators, and piano black surrounding it near the taillamp.

On the features front, TVS has integrated some segment-first features in Jupiter which makes it more feature-loaded. It now comes with all LED lighting, a new digitally colored instrument console, TVS SmartXonnect connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, voice assist, distance-to-empty meter, and 2 trip meters, among other display information. Moreover, the scooter now offers a follow-me-home headlamp, emergency brake warning, and hazard lamp to enhance the safety of the vehicle. For enhanced performance, it gets the TVS iGO Assist system.

2024 TVS Jupiter Hardware

2024 TVS Jupiter 110

With the facelift, TVS has improved the chassis and other hardware of the scooter. The scooter now boasts a tweaked chassis, it now gets a front fuel filler cap like the Jupiter 125, and the fuel tank is now placed under the floorboard. The chassis is tweaked to offer better stability to the scooter. Moreover, the seat length has been increased for better comfort. The scooter is now lighter and weighs only 105 kg. It continues to get telescopic front forks and a spring shock absorber at the rear. Braking is managed by drum brakes in the base variant, while the top-spec variant features a 220mm front disc brake and a rear drum brake.. The scooter rides on 90/90-12-inch tires.

2024 TVS Jupiter Engine Specification

The Jupiter 110 now comes with a 113.3cc engine producing 7.9 bhp of power and 9.2 Nm of peak torque. It now boasts an iGO Assist function which offers an extra boost to the scooter and with the iGO Assist the peak torque reaches 9.8 Nm. The iGo Assist helps in better fuel efficiency and offers a good performance.

Verdict

TVS Jupiter was first launched in 2013 and it has received multiple updates since then. In 2024, after a decade, the brand has introduced a significant facelift of the scooter with numerous improvements, which should boost their sales. The Jupiter currently enjoys a solid position in the commuter segment and the brand has sold around 65 lakh units. With the facelift it is expected to gain more customers. It competes with the Honda Activa and it now offers more features than the Activa.
