Hero MotoCorp has launched the Destini 125 XTEC 125 at a price of Rs 79,990, ex-showroom, Delhi. This new variant packs in a new retro design, theme and updated features that will cater to the needs of several buyers. Over the regular Destini, this XTEC really stands out and has a striking approach.
Hero Destini 125 XTEC gets the company's i3S technology which is basically the idle start/stop system. It also receives a front USB charger, new digital-analogue speedometer with Bluetooth connectivity, side stand engine cut-off and seat backrest that provides increased comfort and enhanced riding experience.
Powering the new Destini XTEC 125 is a 125cc BS6 compliant motor that generates as much as 9 bhp at 7000 RPM with a maximum torque of 10.4 Nm at 5500 RPM. The i3S technology helps in delivering the best mileage possible for this scooter.
Styling-wise, this XTEC 125 now gets a retro design with chrome additions on the mirrors, muffler protector and handlebar. To further enhance the overall look, this scooter gets dual-tone seats and coloured inner panels. The Destini XTEC 125 now also gets LED headlights that ensures better illumination at night.
