The Evoqis looks aggressive and also rides the part. With bigger batteries and a 3000 W electric motor, claimed acceleration from 0-50 kmph is 4.2 seconds.

If youre not living under a rock, then chances are even then you have not heard about the Evoqis. Manufactured by an Indian electric mobility company, called Odysse, which offers both low-speed and high-speed electric scooters with both Lithium-ion and Lithium acid battery options. The Evoqis is their only high-speed electric motorcycle that starts from Rs. 1,66,250 (e-showroom).

The Evoqis electric motorcycle is powered by a 3000 Watts electric motor attached to a 4.32 kWh lithium-ion battery. The peak power of this combo is claimed to be 4300 Watts, with 64 Nm of torque on the wheel. The Evoqis has a keyless start system, and with all the power has a top speed of 80 km/h. Furthermore, the Evoqis gets a CITY DRIVE mode, along with a SPORTS DRIVE, and Parking and Reverse modes. The batteries can be fully charged within five hours, and Odysse claims that it has more than 100 kms of range.

But one of the best facts about this the Evoqis is its weight. With all the batteries and equipment, the Evoqis has a curb weight of just 150 kgs. For comparison, the Bajaj Pulsar 200 RS, another full-faired affordable sports motorcycle around this price range, has 166 kgs of kerb weight, with fuel.

The Odysse is built around an alloy frame (Not trellis), and the body suspends on telescopic forks upfront and a mono-shock at the rear. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tires. The braking setup involves twin rotors at the front and a disc brake for the rear wheels.

The Evoqis is available in one trim, with five color options  Cobalt Blue, Fire Red, Lime Green, Magna White, and Black. The graphics on the Evoqis looks adds to its aggressiveness, and that is available in several colors as well, based on the base color. Other standout features of the motorcycle include a stylized LED headlight and a smart battery system that optimizes the charge during rides. The Evoqis is available for purchase, and you can book one for a minimum amount of Rs. 2000. Odysse currently has 31 dealer offices in pan India.
