Ultraviolette F77: Now With 8 Lakh km Warranty

This validation of Ultraviolettes new battery & drivetrain warranty structure emerges from the fact that one of the Ultraviolette F77 test motorcycles recently clocked 100,000 kilometers while retaining over 95 percent of its original rated capacity. Following recent testing at ARAI, this same motorcycle showcased an IDC range, of 304 kilometers on a single charge. Notably, during its on-road durability testing, this motorcycle showcased Rs. 4.41 lakh worth of fuel savings, as per the brand. This led to Ultraviolette giving out this extended warranty package.

The F77 now boasts the industry's highest coverage: 800,000 km or 8 years for battery and drivetrain. This new extended warranty comes in three tiers (UV Care, UV Care+, UV Care Max) and offers significant increases over the previous limits. Here's the breakdown tabled below. It is important to note that the standard 3-year/30,000 km vehicle warranty remains unchanged.

• UV Care: 60,000 km for 3 years (doubled from previous)
• UV Care+: 100,000 km for 5 years (doubled from previous)
• UV Care Max (Recon only): 800,000 km for 8 years (increased eightfold)
