It is an attractive model due the its electric feature and saving fuel cost, but Hero has long way to go. They need to work on batteries, front panel and head lights.

Very poor customer relations, No customer care number, if any break down in vehicle 24/7 service is not available. Only 8 hours office work, only service available at office time. It is badly effect the customer relations. Mobile number not attend, very poor service.
