Deltic ZGS: The Deltic ZGS is a modern-day edgy-looking and affordable electric scooter, which is primarily targeted at those buyers who want a cheap mobility solution for their short everyday commutes. Available in a single variant, the Deltic ZGS packs in a decent amount of features and performance for quick commuting between short distances.
Battery and Motor: The Deltic ZGS sources its power from a 2 kW hub-mounted BLDC electric motor, which powers the rear wheel and gives the ZGS a decent top speed of 45 kmph. The 72V 20Ah battery provided with the ZGS is good enough to give the scooter a maximum riding range of 70 km, which is decent enough for everyday short-distance commutes.
Design and features: One look at the Deltic ZGS is enough to tell one that it has an edgy design all around. The sharp-looking body panels make the ZGS an aggressive-looking scooter, even though it doesn’t feel too sporty while on the go.
The front profile of the Deltic ZGS has a sharply reclining apron, the lower part of which is occupied by a sharp-looking dual-LED headlamp cluster. With all-LED headlights within it, this cluster also comes with slim daytime running LEDs on the sides. The chin of this headlamp cluster and a T-shaped garnish on the upper part of the apron are finished in a gloss-black theme. The handlebar cowl of the ZGS also looks sleek and packs in slim clear lens LED turn indicators in a V-shaped housing spread over it.The side panels of the front apron, extended panels and the rear side body panels of the Deltic ZGS also have a sleek and sharp appeal to them, and come with vibrant graphics over them. The ZGS has a compact floorboard and a seat which is decent enough to accommodate two people. At the back, the Deltic ZGS has an angular tail lamp cluster consisting of an LED tail lamp and turn indicators, along with split pillion black grab rails. In terms of features, the Deltic ZGS comes with decent add-ons like a mobile charging port, central locking with an anti-theft alarm, a digital instrument console and a find my scooter alarm.
Colours: The Deltic ZGS is available in three different colour options – red, blue and white.
Rivals: Priced at Rs 95,490, the Deltic ZGS is one of the most affordable electric scooters from the company. It takes on some of the similarly-priced but much more popular models like Ola S1, Ampere Magnus EX, Okinawa iPraise and Hero Optima.
