Komaki XR1 Detailed Review
- The Komaki XR1 comes with a basic, utilitarian design, but there are modern touches such as the tail section and the front panels, which give it a blend of ruggedness and sophistication. Its compact dimensions and the pedals will also certainly help draw more attention towards it.
- The 10-inch wheels are small, and this electric moped rides on alloy rims. Furthermore, it gets a split seat setup, which should also raise some curiosity in people’s minds, and it may remind you of scooters from a time long gone, which used to come with a similar seat setup.. Bits such as the large floorboard and the basket up front will further help when carrying luggage.

- The XR1 comes with a hub-mounted electric motor, which generates a claimed power output of 250W. However, the electric two-wheeler maker has not specified the torque output, or any 0-40kmph times for this electric moped yet. Additionally, it comes with pedals which will help it run even if the battery goes out of charge.
- The XR1 is backed by a 1.53kWh battery pack, which comes with a claimed range of 70-80km on a single charge, which makes it strictly suited for rides within city limits only. The electric two-wheeler maker has also not mentioned how long it takes to charge the battery pack.
- The frame is suspended on telescopic forks and twin shocks, and it makes use of drum brakes on both ends. Its compact size and a light kerb weight should make it a very nimble and agile two-wheeler out on the road. However, there are no official figures out for its payload capacity.
