Keeway RR 300 Detailed Review
- The Keeway RR300 does not look too different from the motorcycle it replaces, i.e the K 300R. In fact, many of the visual elements have been retained. The overall design language is unlike most sportsbikes, featuring a more rounded, smoother silhouette instead of a sharp silhouette most sportsbikes are known for.
- The RR300 also retains the compact dimensions of its predecessor. The twin headlamps continue to be flanked by half oval DRLs, the underbelly exhaust pipe has also been retained, and the compact rear section does not look too different either. Even the three paint schemes have been carried from the K 300R; black, blue, and red. It also gets a unique license plate holder mounted on the front mudguard.
RR 300 body specifications:
| Ground Clearance | 135 mm |

- Underneath the familiar design, not much has changed in terms of the mechanicals either. It carries on with the same 292.4cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, producing 26.8bhp at 8750rpm and 25Nm of torque at 7000rpm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
- The RR300 continues to use 37mm USD forks and a monoshock at the rear, along with a 292mm disc with four-piston callipers and a 220mm disc with a single-piston calliper, and 17-inch wheels on both ends. The seat height remains at 780mm, and at 165kg the bike is immensely lightweight, which should make it fairly agile.
- The RR300 is rather basic when it comes to equipment. It continues with the basic LCD instrument cluster, along with dual-channel ABS, two ride modes, and a slipper clutch. There are no connected bits to speak of, which may not appeal to many buyers in this price range.
- The lack of rider aids and connected features is a big miss for the Keeway K 300R, especially when other motorcycles in the same segment are kitted out very well, such as the TVS Apache RR310 and the KTM RC390, which also add in more performance, are more hardcore, and they also add more customization options.
