VinFast VF5 is another model in the line-up of the Vietnamese carmaker slated for launch in India around May 2026, and will be positioned below the VF6. With multiple variations of the model available internationally, the India-spec variant will likely rival the likes of the Tata Punch EV and other entry-level EVs, expected to offer a claimed range of over 300 km on a single charge when it comes to the Indian market. The starting pricing is likely to be positioned around the Rs 10 lakh mark.

The LED lighting setup at the front and rear adds a contemporary touch, while the signature VinFast V-shaped lighting elements help the VF5 stand out despite its compact footprint. Short overhangs, prominent wheel arches and simple aero-style wheels reinforce its city-friendly E-SUV stance.
Dimensions : Despite being positioned as an entry-level electric SUV, the VF5 offers well-balanced proportions. It measures 3,967 mm in length, 1,723 mm in width and 1,579 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,514 mm. A ground clearance of 164.5 mm further supports its usability on uneven city roads and speed breakers.
