Last Updated On 13th May'24 Price: The VinFast VF8, upon its potential launch in India, is anticipated to be priced between 40 to 50 lakh rupees, excluding showroom costs. It's uncertain whether both variants, Eco and Plus, will be available or just one.
 

Battery: In the international market, this model boasts a dual electric motor and an 87.7 kWh battery capacity. The Eco variant delivers 349 hp and 500 Nm, while the Plus variant ramps up to 402 hp and 620 Nm. Both variants come with all-wheel drive (AWD).

Suspension and Brake: It's anticipated to feature Smart Axle front suspension and Control Blade rear suspension, along with Ventilation Disc brakes and brake regeneration.
 

Features: It will come with an array of features including all-LED lighting, a sizable infotainment screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a head-up display, power-folding mirrors with the reverse link, UV protection windshield, a wireless charger, a premium sound system, 12-way powered driver seat with heating/ventilation and memory function, rain-sensing wipers, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, keyless start/stop, TPMS, seatbelt pre-tensioners, ISOFIX latch, over 8 airbags, 360-degree surround-view monitoring, and ADAS.
 

Colour: The international website offers 8 colour options including Crimson Red, Neptune Grey, VinFast Blue, Sunset Orange, Deep Ocean, Brahminy White, Jet Black, and Desert Silver. Similar choices may be available for the India version, possibly with slight variations in number.
 

Rivals: It will compete with rivals such as the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, Nissan Ariya, and others.
 

Ground Clearance: It is expected to have a ground clearance of 175 mm.
