The 2020 Activa 6G BS6 comes with a number of changes that make it a great package to compete with for its rivals. The scooter now gets eSP technology that helps in the silent start. In addition, this technology also reduces friction in the engine due to which we now see an increase in 10% mileage of the scooter. Othe changes include the addition of telescopic suspension, double lid external fuel fill, front 90/90-12 tubeless tyres and improved fuel efficiency.

Honda has updated the suspension setup on the Activa 6G. Now, the scooter gets a telescopic front suspension while at the rear, we get a 3-step adjustable spring-loaded hydraulic suspension. These suspension upgrades have now resulted in better ride quality and at the same time, improving the handling characteristics at higher speeds. The scooter is underpinned by an underbone frame type and remains very composed at all speeds. However, at the higher speeds, the drum brakes setup at the front and rear feel underpowered.

In terms of styling and designing, not much has been changed and the Activa 6G still looks largely similar to the older models. However, there are small changes made to the overall design to make it look more appealing such as the sleeker LED headlamps and chrome accents on the front. The scooter looks elegant and the subtle design language looks appealing. The company has added an external dual-lid fuel filing setup which aids in better practicality. In addition to this, the 2020 Activa 6G BS6 also gets a new Glitter Blue Metallic paint scheme.
