Maruti has finally launched the all-new 2022 Alto K10 in the Indian market and the price ranges from Rs 3.99 lakh to Rs 5.83 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Powered by a 1.0-litre petrol motor, Maruti Alto K10 delivers the best in segment fuel economy.

Mechanically, the new Alto K10 is powered by the same 1.0L petrol motor as the Celerio and S-Presso. This three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol motor generates 66 bhp of power with a peak torque of 89 Nm. The ARAI-certified fuel economy of the 5-speed MT sticks to 24.39 kmpl and 24.90 kmpl for the AGS.
Maruti Alto K10 directly rivals Renault Kwid 1.0L and is not only better in terms of pricing and features but also the fuel efficiency. Kwid delivers 21.7 kmpl with the five-speed manual gearbox and 22 kmpl with the AMT. The prices for the 1.0L Kwid range from Rs 4.74 lakh to Rs 6.09 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
Feature-wise, the new Alto K10 gets a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, manual HVAC function, steering mounted audio and voice control, four speakers (first in the segment), front power windows and more.

Safety features on the 2022 Maruti Alto K10 include dual airbags at the front, front seat-belt warning, a high-speed alert system, reverse parking sensors, an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake-force distribution and others.
