2022 Ultraviolette F77 Electric Bike Production Trials Begin

2022 Ultraviolette F77 electric performance bike production trials have begun. The upcoming performance e-bike is expected to launch later this year.

Adding to the EV boom in India, the 2022 Ultraviolette F77 e-bike production trials have begun. The already famous and hyped bike is finally reaching the assembly line. Meanwhile, the launch date of it is still not revealed by the company. However, the production trials mean that the launch is expected in the coming weeks. Additionally, the first production trial took place in the presence of 100+ vendors of the company.

Ultraviolette F77 Details

Now, speaking of this new electric entrant; the promises being made by the company are huge. Additionally, the company has already let a handful of people ride the production-ready bike. Thie event took place at the 75th IndependenceD DAy at the TAAL (Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd.) in Bangalore. This event gathered defense personnel and air force staff as well. The company hosted a special test drive on the runway for pilots and other members.

Meanwhile, the design of the bike has already been attracting eyes globally. It is a bike specially made for enthusiasts. According to the company, the riding dynamics and the performance of F77 are unmatchable in India. However, the claims will be settled once we get our hands on them and give you a detailed review. The design, however, looks cool and sharp. It is as futuristic looking as an e-bike can possibly be. The fairing is well complemented by the small windscreen. Additionally, the overall design is inspired by the aviation industry itself.

Ultraviolette will offer it in 3 variants. These include - Airstrike, Shadow, & Laser. Meanwhile, their details and the features list are still unknown to us. What we know so far is that a lot of things will be offered along with the bike. These include - a fast charger, home charging pod, wheel caps, panniers, & visor. Additionally, it is the performance aspect of F77 that is impressive.

Electric Motor & Performance Details

The exact details of the motor are still unknown though. But, as per the company, this motor can produce a peak power of 33.5 bhp. Additionally, the torque produced is 90 Nm which is outstanding for this segment. This electric motor can be fully charged within 1.5 - 5 hours; depending on the charging type available. Meanwhile, the performance is amazing. Why? Well, because it does 0-60 kmph in 2.9 seconds and 0-100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds. Its top speed is a claimed 147 kmph; which by the way is again outstanding.

The expected price of the F77 is around Rs 3 lakh. There are no direct rivals to it in India as of now.
