BSA Goldstar 650 To Launch By 2025?
We've seen the Goldstar 650 test bikes on multiple occasions around the factory area of Jawa Yezdi. The BSA brand is an iconic name that attracts buyers looking for retro bikes fitted with modern technology. At the recent media interaction during the media test rides of the new Jawa 350, Ashish Joshi, CEO of Classic Legends, told to media (source) that the BSA brand will soon expand itself in Australia, Japan, & New Zealand. Therefore, the Indian market has also been included in this expansion plan. While Ashish didn't exactly comment on the dates of the debut, the hint is that the BSA bikes will land in the next 12-18 months.
Moreover, the first bike will be the Goldstar as expected. It is a retro bike that will take on rivals like the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. The Goldstar is an iconic bike that uses a 650cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This engine is rich in torque and caters the laid-back riding buyers. As the bike will be localized, the pricing is expected to remain around Rs 3 lakh. Also, it'll be loaded with decent modern features like dual-channel ABS, a semi-digital instrument console, etc.
