Aprilia RS 457 Price Hike

Piaggio India has announced a price hike of Rs 10,000 on Aprilia's most affordable sports motorcycle. The Aprilia RS 457 will be priced at Rs 4.20 (ex-showroom) starting from 1 January 2025. The price hike will be applicable on all the three colour options available in the lineup.

The Aprilia RS 457 comes with a 457cc parallel twin engine producing 46.7 bhp of power and 43.5 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox. Additionally, it get ride by wire throttle, dual-channel ABS, riding modes, digital instrument console, all LED lighting, 5-inch digital TFT instrument console, among other features. Aprilia offers a lot of optional accessories for the RS 457 which includes a rear seat cover, USB charging, TPMS, bi-directional quickshifter, and more.

Moreover, Aprilia has recently unveiled the Tuono 457 at the EICMA show in Milan. The Tuono 457 is based on the same platform as the RS 457 and it is a naked streetfighter motorcycle. It gets power from the same 457 parallel twin engine which produces same power and torque as the RS 457. It is expected to be launched in India in 2025.
