Well, following the trend of special editions, Honda has joined the wave with the 25 year Anniversary editions of their best-selling models: the Activa 110, Activa 125 and the SP 125. These limited edition variants usually run out with subtle-unique cosmetic changes and fresh graphics. But the question arises: what is Honda offering with these Anniversary editions of their popular models? Or is it just the eye candy? Let's find out. Anniversary Edition Design

These limited-run anniversary editions come with some cosmetic changes while retaining the same reliability and performance. Starting with Activa 110, the most loved scooter in India. This edition features special gold coloured graphics with the Anniversary Edition badge on the front panel. Moving to the side panels, they're covered with a special 25th Anniversary graphics to distinguish themselves from the crowd. Not just this, it rides on new exclusive Pyrite brown metallic alloy wheels. Additionally, it gets a premium seat with better inner finish. While the Activa 125 boasts a black shade for the inner panels, rest all remain the same as its sibling 110.

Moving to the SP 125, it carries similar exclusive upgrades with a special Anniversary logo on the fuel tank and similar special edition graphics as the Activa. This edition also rides on pyrite brown metallic alloy wheels. Meanwhile, these special editions come only with the DLX variant for all three models. Some of the features include a 4.2-inch TFT display, LED headlamps, and a USB Type-C charging port.

Powertrains

All three models with this Anniversary Edition keep things unchanged under the skin. The Honda Activa 110 is powered by the reliable 109.51cc, single-cylinder, PGM-FI, OBD2B-compliant engine, which belts out 7.88 bhp and 9.05 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the bigger sibling is powered by a 123.92cc, single-cylinder, PGM-FI, OBD2B-compliant engine that churns out 8.3 bhp and 10.5 Nm of torque. While the SP 125 gets the same engine, the power figures slightly differ; it belts out 10.72 bhp and 10.9 Nm of torque.

Pricing

Coming to the most important part, the Honda Activa 110, Anniversary Edition is priced at Rs 92,565 (ex-showroom). Meanwhile, the bigger sibling, the 125, comes at a price tag of Rs 97,270 (ex-showroom). Lastly, the Honda SP 125 Anniversary Edition comes at a price tag of Rs 1,02,516 (ex-showroom). Moreover, these models will be available in limited numbers only.
