Scheduled to debut in the Indian market on January 1, 2024, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is an eagerly awaited release from the bike manufacturer. This mid-sized supersport bike will come equipped with the same 636cc in-line 4-cylinder engine, promising a thrilling and dynamic riding experience.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R: What To Expect?

The upcoming Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R designed for the Indian market is anticipated to showcase a bold and aggressive aesthetic, signifying a notable departure from its predecessor. Under the hood, the engine has undergone various improvements, including revised cam profiles, re-tuned injectors, molybdenum-coated pistons, an updated intake system, and a new header and collector pipe.

Unveiled at the recent India Bike Week, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is powered by a 636cc in-line 4-cylinder engine that produces 127 BHP and 69 Nm, a slightly modest figure compared to its predecessor. Noteworthy features include an adjustable Showa front fork and a versatile Showa mono-shock at the rear. The braking system is robust, with twin 320 mm discs at the front paired with new Nissin 4-piston calipers, and a 220 mm rear disc.

Adding to its modern appeal, the bike comes with convenient amenities such as a quick-shifter and a 4.3-inch digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. For enhanced riding experience, it offers three distinct modes: Sport, Road, and Rain. Safety features are not overlooked, featuring traction control and the Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-lock Brake System.
