British EV brand One Moto India has partnered with the Global Assure to provide the RSA services to its electric scooter customers. The newly formed alliance will help the customers by providing 8 various types of service helping in the on-road assitance.

The consistent rise of the electric scooter market in India has led many new players to launch their products within short time. One Moto entered into the two-wheeler electric segment back in November 2021 by assessing the electric two wheeler demand as well as the lack of EV infrastructure was also a main focus which One Moto was eyeing to tackle alongside the sales volume.

One Moto primarily launched their 3 different electric scooters named as Byka, Commuta, and Electa. The Electa has specifically witnessed a decent demand in the electric scooter market. In order to meet the after sales expectations of the new customers, One Moto has decided to work on the assistance program for the roadside stranded customers. As the EV infrastructure is still growing, the new partnership for RSA service with Global Assure will ensure the coverage of this lack.
