Simple Energy is all set to introduce its next electric scooter to the Indian market, and this will be the brand's first family-oriented electric scooter. The scooter will be called the 'Arrive', marking the brand's entry into the family electric scooter segment. A few weeks ago, the patent images of the scooter were leaked, followed by several spy shots surfacing online. Now, the test mule of the upcoming scooter has been spotted once again. Simple Arrive - Brand's First Electric Scooter

The recently spotted test mule revealed the front profile of the upcoming scooter at night, giving us a glimpse of its headlamp design. The scooter will boast a proper family-oriented design with a curvy front apron, an apron-mounted LED headlamp, and handlebar-mounted LED DRLs similar to the Simple One electric scooter. The spy pictures also revealed the alloy wheels, front telescopic forks, and front disc brake. The overall side profile remains simple with a plain side panel. The rear is not visible in the recent images, but it is expected to remain simple yet appealing, in line with its family-focused design.

The scooter is expected to get a digital instrument console with connected features, turn-by-turn navigation, voice assist, reverse mode, multiple ride modes, geofencing, vehicle tracking, and other modern features. Considering its family-oriented positioning, Simple Energy could equip the scooter with a fixed battery pack mounted under the floor, freeing up additional under-seat storage space. However, the company has not officially revealed any details about the upcoming model.

On the hardware front, the scooter is expected to ride on 12-inch wheels at both ends. Suspension duties are likely to be handled by telescopic forks at the front and dual rear shock absorbers. Braking is expected to be managed by a front disc brake and a rear drum brake.

Simple Arrive - Battery & Range

Simple Energy is focusing on offering scooters with a long range, and we expect the same from the upcoming family scooter as well. The Simple Arrive is expected to offer a range of around 170-190 km on a single charge, making it more suitable for families. While the Simple One is tuned for quick acceleration and performance-oriented power delivery, the Arrive is expected to feature a more relaxed tuning with smoother acceleration and power delivery, making it easier and more comfortable for riders of all experience levels.

Simple Arrive - Launch & Pricing

Simple Energy is all set to take the covers off its first family scooter on September 2, 2026. Although the company has not officially disclosed any specifications or features yet, more teasers and details are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks. In terms of pricing, the Simple Arrive is expected to be priced between Rs 1.25 lakh and Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
