Simple Energy - Family Oriented Scooter

Simple Energy currently has two products on offer - the One and the OneS. The former is a proper sporty scooter with sharp looks and advanced architecture, offering a range of up to 265 km. It has a top speed of 115 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 2.55 seconds. However, with a starting price of Rs 1.77 lakh, it isn't for everyone. The second is the OneS, which is essentially a lighter version with less power, and it starts at Rs 1.49 lakh. Lastly, there's another one called the Ultra, which isn't on sale yet and is expected to launch in mid-2026, but was unveiled last year.
Now, they are working on a new scooter for the masses, and even through the camouflaged shots, it is quite clear that it doesn't have a sharp, aerodynamically rich design. Instead, it features wider proportions and, in some ways, reminds you of the Suzuki Access 125.
That said, the photos reveal a lot of details, including a single-piece seat and twin shock absorbers. The scooter features an apron-mounted headlamp with a small wind deflector placed just above it, giving it a clean and practical look. At the rear, it gets a sleek, slim tail-light strip, similar to what we've seen on the TVS Orbiter and Ather Rizta. It also comes equipped with a storage cubby up front and a TFT display for a modern, user-friendly experience.
Now, the big news is that, as per automotive portals, this scooter is expected to be named "Arrive." Moreover, it is expected to be powered by a 3.7 kWh battery pack, with a claimed range of around 110 -115 km.
Verdict
The upcoming Simple Energy "Arrive" could be a game-changer for the brand as it steps into the mass-market family scooter space. Expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, with a price tag around Rs 1-1.10 lakh and a claimed range of 110-115 km, it targets practicality over performance. This move could significantly boost the company's reach, making its products more accessible to everyday buyers.
