Norton Manx R

Among the most eagerly anticipated upcoming 2W launches in June 2026 is the Norton Manx R, which will be the first major product to emerge from the partnership between TVS Motor Company and Norton Motorcycles. The motorcycle is powered by a 1,200cc V4 engine producing 206 PS and 130 Nm of torque. While the engine is assembled in India, the Manx R retains its premium British superbike positioning and is expected to be priced well above mainstream offerings. The motorcycle is already selling in the UK, which happens to be roughly around Rs 26 lakh in Indian rupees. If launched in India, prices could start at around Rs 30 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it firmly in the high-performance superbike category.
Yamaha Aerox E

Yamaha is also expected to expand its electric mobility portfolio with the launch of the Aerox E. Unveiled earlier this year, the electric scooter closely resembles the petrol-powered Aerox 155 in terms of design and overall proportions. However, beneath the familiar styling sits an electric powertrain featuring dual removable battery packs with a combined capacity of 3 kWh. Yamaha claims a range of up to 106 km on a full charge. The Aerox E is expected to be priced at approximately Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it as a premium electric scooter aimed at performance-focused urban riders.
Yamaha YZF-R2

Another Yamaha product expected to debut this month is the YZF-R2. The motorcycle is likely to bridge the gap between the entry-level R15 and the larger R3, offering buyers a more performance-oriented stepping stone within Yamaha's sportbike lineup. Expected to share its platform, engine architecture, and chassis fundamentals with the R15, the YZF-R2 is likely to receive performance upgrades that deliver slightly higher output and a more engaging riding experience. Industry estimates suggest a launch towards the end of June 2026, with prices expected to start at around Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom). Initial availability is expected to begin in select markets, including Maharashtra and Delhi, before a wider rollout.
Hero Splendor Plus Flex Fuel (Launched)

Unlike the models above, Hero's flex-fuel motorcycles have already been launched in India this month. Priced at Rs 82,810 (ex-showroom), the Hero Splendor Plus Flex Fuel is capable of running on ethanol blends of up to E85. The motorcycle continues to use the familiar 97.2cc single-cylinder engine but benefits from modifications that allow compatibility with higher ethanol concentrations. The engine produces 8.57 PS and 8.3 Nm, representing a slight increase over the standard Splendor Plus. Apart from revised graphics and the updated fuel system, the motorcycle remains largely unchanged mechanically and cosmetically.
Hero HF Deluxe Flex Fuel (Launched)
Joining the Splendor is the Hero HF Deluxe Flex Fuel, priced at Rs 72,792 (ex-showroom). Like its sibling, the HF Deluxe has been engineered to operate on E85 fuel while retaining the familiar design and hardware package of the standard motorcycle. Hero has introduced exclusive graphics and colour options to distinguish the flex-fuel variant, while suspension and braking components remain unchanged. The introduction of both motorcycles makes Hero one of the first manufacturers to bring flex-fuel technology to the mass-market commuter segment.
Verdict
Upcoming 2W launches in June 2026 offer a remarkably diverse lineup of two-wheelers, aimed at enthusiasts, commuters and technology-focused buyers alike. The Norton Manx R promises exclusivity and performance, Yamaha is preparing to strengthen both its electric and sportbike portfolios, while Hero has already taken a significant step towards alternative fuels with its new flex-fuel commuters. Whether you're looking for cutting-edge technology, electrification or pure performance, this month has something for nearly every type of rider.
