Tork Motors has showcased its new-generation electric bikes for Indian audiences at the Auto Expo 2023 event. The brand has now introduced the updated Kratos R and the all-new Kratos X electric bikes in the country. Both these new electric bike models will be replacing the current-gen standard Kratos e-motorcycle going forward. The updated Kratos R 2023 model electric motorcycle showcased at the Auto Expo 2023 gets a revamped design including a fresh live dash, stylish graphics, and enhanced front and rear blinkers. The entirely black electric motor and the battery module are also a part of the improved aesthetics on the 2023 Kratos R electric bike.

When we speak of the internals, the Kratos E 2023 electric motorcycle is integrated with a 4kWh Li-ion battery pack that has around 48V system voltage. The 9 kW electric motor tucked inside the Kratos R electric bike delivers a peak torque of 38 Nm and an IDR range of 180 km (claimed). However, the actual run could be around 120 km on a single charge. Top speed attained by the updated Tork Kratos R electric motorcycle is 105 kmph.

Tork Kratos X Powertrain, Key Features

The Tork Kratos X 2023 is another premium-range electric bike that has been showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo. This electric motorcycles powertrain is kept a mystery as of now by the brand. However, Tork Motors have revealed that the Kratos X will be integrated with a powerful motor compared to the Kratos R 2023 model. It will offer a better power performance compared to the Kratos R.

Tork will be using a 7-inch large TFT instrument cluster with touch controls. Additionally, the Kratos X will be coming along with a new FF model also known as the Furiously Fast mode. This suggests we will get a better top speed and torque than the standard Kratos models.

Tork has announced the test runs for the Kratos X will commence in March this year. The official deliveries would likely begin in June 2023 in India.
