BMW F 450 GS Price Hiked by Rs 30,000, New Prices Here

The BMW F 450 GS, the entry-level adventure motorcycle by BMW Motorrad, has received a price hike of up to Rs 30,000. Yes, the F 450 GS has a new starting price of Rs 4.95 lakh, which earlier was Rs 4.70 lakh (ex-showroom). This happened as the earlier price was introductory, and now the company has revised the complete price list. Let's learn more below.

At Rs 4.70 lakh, BMW launched the F 450 GS on April 23, 2026, and received tremendous reviews for its styling, performance, and the introduction of new technology like the Easy Ride Clutch (ERC), essentially an automatic clutch that you don't need to operate while shifting gears, as it disengages at idle and engages at high revs. Another major talking point is the all new 420cc twin-cylinder engine, which puts out a massive 48 hp and 43 Nm of torque.

Reviewers who've tested the motorcycle call its performance strong and linear, with enough power to cruise comfortably on highways at 110 km/h. It can also handle tough terrain with ease. However, since the bike has no hill hold system and relies on the ERC instead of a conventional clutch, extreme terrains can be tricky, as the motorcycle may roll back on steep or slippery slopes.

The core difference between the Base and Exclusive variants is that the latter gets a quickshifer and an additional riding mode called Enduro Pro, whereas the Base comes with just Rain, Road, and Enduro. The Exclusive variant of F 450 GS adds a belly pan, while both variants are offered in Cosmic Black paint. Lastly, the top-spec GS Trophy, meanwhile, builds on the Exclusive by adding the Easy Ride Cultch (ERC) and adjustable USD forks. These are the core differences between the three variants.
