While specific details about this launch are somewhat limited, Kia is broadening its Carens series by introducing the new Kia Carens X-Line variant, which will provide customers with two extra choices. This X-Line variant is positioned as the flagship model within the Carens range.

The Kia Carens is one of the most affordable and well-equipped MPVs available in India. The Carens is available in three engine options - 1.5-L NA Petrol Engine, 1.4-L Turbo Petrol, and 1.5-L turbo diesel. Kia Carens CNG has been spied testing on Indian roads. According to spy images, the Kia Carens CNG will be equipped with a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. This Carens engine produces 140 horsepower and 242 Nm of peak torque in its petrol version. With this engine, purchasers can choose between a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission. The Carens CNG's power and torque figures will, of course, be lower than the petrol versions.

The Kia Carens lacks SUV-like style in favour of a sleek, understated, and urban-cool design that will appeal to a wide range of purchasers. I want to see the interior features first before deciding. At that time, the Seltos seemed better than all the others. In my opinion, the Clavis is the least impressive, though others may feel differently. Kia is strongly competing with Hyundai in the market.

Good option in 15L range for CNG 6 seater car. Kia gives good features so expected same features like petrol variants with Automatic gear shift. Sunroof is not that important in CNG variant.
