Ather Energy, Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has expanded the portfolio of their popular Rizta by introducing a new Rizta S with a 3.7 kWh battery pack. Now, Rizta is available in a total of 4 variants, and the latest one is the most expensive so far. Ather Rizta S

The Rizta S is equipeed with a 3.7 kWh battery pack, that comes with a claimed IDC range of 159 km. On top of that, this battery produces 5.84 PS and 22 Nm of toruqe, and the top speed of it is 80 km, and 0 to 40 km/h happens in just 4.7 seconds. Additionally, this is equipped with a 7-inch DeepView Display offering Turn-by-Turn Navigation. For convenience and safety, the scooter has AutoHold, Fall Safe, Emergency Stop Signal, Tow & Theft Alerts, Find my scooter, and Alexa Skills.

The 3.7kWh variant will also be able to receive OTA updates. The scooter comes with access to Ather's comprehensive fast-charging network, the Ather Grid, which now spans over 3900+ charging points across the country. This scooter is also known for its large storage space - which is 34 litres of underseat storage and is expandable by 22 liters with the addition of Frunk. Lastly, this variant to comes with "Ather Eight70" that provides comprehensive 8 years or 80,000 km warranty programme that guarantees a minimum 70% battery health over the ownership period.

Verdict
"This is the most expensive variant of the Rizta, as the previous top variant was Rs 1.36 lakh. We at 91Wheels tested this scooter in 2024 and were left pretty amazed by it.
