Customers can book their cars and also the date of showroom visit for a test drive and paperwork. The test cars will be completely sanitised before the customer takes a test drive with the relationship manager sitting on the rear seat. This will promote social distancing and only one person can take the test drive at once. The final delivery of the car can also be done at your doorstep and your car will be thoroughly sanitised before the delivery. Incase of showroom delivery, fewer people at delivery will be encouraged and sanitizers will be placed at every touchpoint.

Mr. Kenichi Ayukawa, Managing Director and CEO, Maruti Suzuki India said, Customers satisfaction and safety is our top priority. All our dealerships have put in place steps to ensure complete safety, hygiene and sanitization of all touchpoints.
