Honda registered 4,465 units of sales in the domestic market in September 2026. Compared to last year, the September 2025 sales stood at 5,303 units. The sales have seen a dip of 15.8%.
The dip is also visible in the exports of Honda cars, indicating the demand for Honda cars is decreasing. In September 2025, Honda cars clocked exports of 2,793 units, whereas in September 2026, they exported 2,490 units, indicating a dip of nearly 10.85%.
Honda Cars Monthly Growth
In the month of August, Honda cars sold 5,385 units in the domestic market. Whereas, the September 2026 sales just stand at 4,465 units. This is a decline of 17.1% on a month-on-month basis.
Honda Plans
Honda is launching the facelift of Elevate. This is the mid-life update of Elevate, and it is happening for the first time. Prior to this, Honda had only launched the special editions of the SUV.
