Oben Rorr EVO, a new electric bike in the Oben Electric lineup, has been launched at Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the brand has announced a special introductory price of Rs 99,999 for the first 10,000 customers, while bookings are now open for just Rs 777. The bike falls in the roadster category and features a naked-sport design language, along with a 3.4 kWh battery pack offering a claimed range of 180 km. Oben Rorr EVO
This is a fourth offering from the Oben Electric company, and it still carries the Rorr nameplate, but this time, the design is all-new, appearing more bold and character full. The front looks stylish with a LED projector headlamp and DRLs, giving a transformer-like face, which looks really cool. The side profile is where this bike truly shines, as it will remind you of several high-end performance naked motorcycles. Front and rear wheels are both 17-inch but the rear wheel has a width of 130 mm, and the front one of 110 mm. Plus both are equipped with disc-brakes and it has a unified brake system, which in layman terms is combi-braking system.

The bike also packs several practical qualities that make it a compelling product. It gets a segment-long 680 mm seat, an accessible 780 mm seat height, 200 mm ground clearance, and 230 mm water-wading capability. Adding to the practicality are 6 litres of under-seat storage and 4 liters of tank storage, which can easily accommodate essentials like a charger, cable, small water bottle, and a few snack packets during daily commutes or short rides.

On the technology front, the Oben Rorr Evo comes loaded with modern features to enhance both convenience and safety. It gets a 5-inch coloured TFT smart digital console with navigation support, call alerts, text notifications, music alerts, and trip information. The bike also features dual USB charging ports, four riding modes - Havoc, City, Eco, and Smart IQ - along with reverse mode for added practicality. Safety and connected tech highlights include fall alerts, driver alert system, geo-fencing, theft protection, remote immobilisation, live bike tracking, remote diagnostics, and support for locating nearby charging stations.
The EVO can be purchased at an introductory price of Rs 99,999 until bookings cross the 10,000 mark, after which the price will increase to Rs 1,24,999 (ex-showroom). Oben Electric is also offering a standard warranty of 3 years/50,000 km, along with an extended battery warranty of 8 years/80,000 km.
