Revolt RV BlazeX: Top Highlights You Need To Know

1. Design: The Usual Affair

The Revolt RV BlazeX takes up a very Revolt-esque sign which will remind you of the Revolt RV1 because there is nothing different going on here. You get the same round headlamps, sharp fuel tank shrouds, sleek single-piece seat, and an aggressive rear-end look with the tapered tail section. The graphics do offer it an edge over the RV1, making it distinct and a bit more refreshing. Although the looks have nothing new to offer, it looks neat and has a mix of subtle and aggressive styling that works well.

2. Hardware

Digging into the bike's hardware, here's the rundown: You get a standard telescopic fork up front and twin shocks in the back. It's sitting on 17-inch alloy wheels with a 240mm disc brake on the front wheel. Safety-wise, it includes CBS as standard, which is always a good thing. The seat height is 790mm, and you get 180mm of ground clearance. As for the weight, it's a fairly manageable bike, too, tipping the scales at 118kg.

The Revolt RV BlazeX keeps riders connected with a 6-inch LCD display that syncs with smartphones, offering turn-by-turn navigation, geofencing, ride data, and even over-the-air updates. It also provides three riding modes, a handy reverse mode, regenerative braking, and full LED lighting to round off the package.

4. Battery And Range:

The Revolt RV BlazeX is built for practical electric commuting. It features a 3.24kWh removable battery, offering a claimed 150km range per charge. A mid-mounted 4.1kW motor powers the bike, reaching a top speed of 85kmph. Charging is designed to be convenient, with an 80-minute 0-80% charge time using a fast charger, or a 3.5-hour charge using a standard home outlet. As per Revolt, users can use the conventional three-pin socket to use the regular or the fast charging methods, adding to the overall ease.

5. Price And Rivals

The Revolt RV BlazeX is priced at Rs. 1.15 lakhs ex-showroom. With this, it will rival the likes of Oben Ror, Ola Roadster X, and other electric bikes.
