  It's good scooter it helped me to earn money and save money. One of advantage of this scooter it charging quickly. Buy this scooter and save the petrol expenses monthly I am saving 5000-6000 per month. Electric scooter is good in this type of scooter. I strongly recommended this scooter.

  It was a horrible purchase experience. Customer service is absent. They dont take calls, respond to messages or even emails. They forced me to share Aadhar OTP and said that the scooty will de delivered only after I share Aadhar OTP. They refused to pass on the reduced prices when it is industry standard that the price on delivery is applicable. They have not yet delivered extended warranty certificate and are refusing to refund the money as well

  Bought Ola S1 pro a month ago but facing issue while riding the scooter. 10 days ago I started my scooter and error message started to blink - "Restart the scooter". I did but it doesn't work and same message appeared on the screen and my scooter automatically turned into eco mode. The main problem is that I can't even ride my scooter in Eco mode. When I contacted the customer team they told me that they will send technician and I have to pay 499+ GST. I asked them why should i pay money as I bought the scooter 20 days ago. They said it's company policy, now I have no other option and I agreed to pay the money and I got the appointment for 4th July. I want to ask Ola team. I just bought the scooter and the problem has occurred this is company fault their software issues. Their software system lacks and due to this I can't ride the scooter. It would hae been better if I would have bought some local company electric scooter as compared to Ola.
