In crawling traffic, it can become irritating, cutting the engine just as you need to inch forward. Fuel saved is marginal in such conditions. Most owners disable it at start?up on city days and switch it back on during highway legs or long signals. Make it part of your start routine and you?ll stop

With the automatic, far less tiring than you fear. The gearbox creeps smoothly, and the engine?s torque masks laggy starts. Steering effort at parking speeds is higher than monocoques, and the cabin is noisier than crossovers, so you?ll feel more ?mechanical? feedback. Plan routes with fewer stop?go
