Last Updated On 26th May'25:
Design: The new Micra enters its sixth generation globally, and an interesting callback to the older Micras is the round LED DRL headlamp signature. However, it now comes with a hidden rear-door handle, giving it a three-door look.
Powertrain and Performance: There are two powertrain options on offer; the entry-level version comes with a 40kWh battery pack, with output figures of 120bhp and 225Nm, while the higher-spec 52kWh version puts out 147bhp and 245Nm.
Battery And Range: The 40kWh version comes with a claimed range of 308km, while the 52kWh version comes with a claimed range of 408km on a single charge.
Features: The new Micra comes with two 10.1-inch screens, an electronic parking brake, a 326-litre boot, driver assistance tech, and vehicle-to-load among other things.
Rivals: The Nissan Micra EV is unlikely to have any direct rivals if launched in India.
