Jaguar Land Rover India launched the new Range Rover Evoque Facelift in January this year. It was followed by the launch of the 2020 Land Rover Discovery Facelift in February. At the launch event, the company announced that both the SUVs will be available with both BS6-compliant petrol as well as diesel engine options. However, the carmaker announced the prices of the diesel variants only and the prices of the petrol variants were about to be declared later. Now, JLR India has finally revealed the Prices of the Petrol Variants of the new 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport Facelift and the Range Rover Evoque Facelift. The deliveries of the duo have also commenced in India.
The facelifted Discovery Sport and Evoque are powered by the same BS6-compliant 2.0-litre diesel and petrol Ingenium engine options. The D180 2.0-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine churns out 177 PS of power at 4000 RPM and 430 Nm of torque between 1750-2500 RPM. It can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 9.3 seconds while the top speed is rated at 205 kmph. Talking about the gasoline option, so it gets the P250 2.0-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine that churns out 245 PS of power at 5500 RPM and 365 Nm of torque between 1500-4500 RPM. It sprints from 0-100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds and maxes out at 230 kmph. Both the diesel and petrol engines come coupled to a 9-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, the petrol engine gets a 48-volt mild-hybrid system too.
The new 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport Facelift and the Range Rover Evoque Facelift are available in highly feature-rich 'S' and sportier 'R-Dynamic SE' derivatives. These Premium SUVs are loaded with features up to the brim. Some of the features include a Touch Pro infotainment system, clear sight interior rearview monitor, wireless charging, etc. In addition, the R-Dynamic SE variant of the Evoque Facelift features Touch Pro Duo infotainment system. Both the SUVs get Terrain Response 2 management system that offers off-road features such as All-Terrain Progress Control (ATPC), Hill Descent Control (HDC) and Low Traction Launch system.

The Prices of the Petrol Variants of the 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport starts at Rs. 59.99 lakhs while the Range Rover Evoque Facelift is comparatively more affordable and it starts at Rs. 57.99 lakhs. All prices are applicable to Ex-showroom pan-India. The Deliveries of the Petrol variants of these SUVs have also commenced in India from today. The Diesel Variants of the new Discovery Sport Facelift starts at Rs. 57.06 lakhs while the Evoque Facelift Diesel is priced from Rs. 54.94 lakhs, again, all prices Ex-showroom India.
