Honda has just launched the brand-new NX500 adventure tourer, introductory priced at Rs. 5,90,000 (ex-showroom New Delhi). This exciting model is set to hit the Indian market via the CBU route. You can secure your own by placing a booking at any of HMSI's premium BigWing dealerships across India. The bike will be available at BigWing dealerships nationwide, with deliveries scheduled to kick off in February 2024.

2024 Honda NX500 - Price, Features, Engine And More
Designed under the theme of 'Daily Crossover', the NX500 boasts a fresh look that seamlessly combines the convenience of a compact adventure style with a bold and commanding silhouette. The motorcycle features a modern all-LED headlight and tail lamp, enhancing its overall aesthetic appeal.
This new adventure touring bike packs advanced features, including a 5-inch full-colour TFT screen with turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity for calls and music, and an emergency stop signal. With IOS/Android smartphone integration via Honda RoadSync and a user-friendly backlit toggle switch on the handlebar, it ensures seamless control. The bike is customizable, allowing riders to choose display styles (Bar, Circle, Simple) and background colours (White, Black, Auto). It's all about a smooth, personalized, and connected riding experience.

The new Honda NX500 is powered by a 471cc engine that's both liquid-cooled and 4-stroke DOHC, featuring a parallel twin-cylinder setup. This design provides a well-balanced blend of enjoyable performance, energetic high-revving characteristics, and a lively top end. The engine delivers 35kW power at 8,600rpm and a peak torque of 43Nm at 6,500rpm, coupled with a smooth-shifting 6-speed gearbox.
To enhance the riding experience, the ADV comes equipped with Showa 41mm SFF-BP upside-down (USD) front forks and a Pro-Link mono-suspension at the rear, featuring a 5-stage preload adjuster. When it comes to braking, dual 296mm front discs with two-piston callipers handle the front, while a 240mm disc with a 1-piston calliper takes care of the rear. For added safety, it includes dual-channel ABS as a standard feature.
It also boasts a smooth assist/slipper clutch for seamless shifts and stability during braking. It features a switchable HSTC system for enhanced traction on slippery surfaces. The steel diamond-tube mainframe ensures a balanced lightweight structure. With 19-inch front and 17-inch rear trail-pattern radial tires on new cast aluminium Y-shaped wheels, the NX500 delivers a confident and modern adventure touring experience. It will come in three colour options that perfectly match its adventurous vibe. You can choose from Grand Prix Red, Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic, or Pearl Horizon White.
