Do note that this is not the next-gen Jupiter 125, unlike what many of us expected. The design of the scooter remains familiar, featuring the same, neutral approach that will keep most buyers content. However, there are now two dual-tone colour schemes on offer; Ivory Brown and Ivory Silver. These variants also get chrome inserts, beige treatment on the inner panels, and brown seats. The 12-inch wheels with alloy rims also continue to be the same.

In terms of feature additions, the Jupiter 125 DT SXC gets a completely new digital instrument cluster with a different UI altogether. The features list includes a start/stop system, a SmartXonnect suite with turn-by-turn navigation, calls/SMS alerts, average fuel economy, distance-to-empty, However, this variant seems to miss out on voice commands and real-time traffic alerts among other things.
