The Rs 660, Tuono 660, and Tuareg 660 all sport the same setup: two parallel forward-facing cylinders, four valves per cylinder, and liquid cooling with Ride-By-Wire. However, their power outputs differ slightly. The Rs 660 boasts 100 bhp, while the Tuono 660 steps back a bit with 95 bhp, though both share the same 67 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the Tuareg 660 offers 80 bhp and 70 Nm of torque.

But the real powerhouse of the bunch is the RSV4 Factory, with its 650 longitudinal V4 engine, delivering an impressive 217 bhp and 125 Nm of torque. And let's not forget, they all come equipped with a smooth 6-speed gearbox.

All three 660cc motorcycles come equipped with LED headlight assemblies featuring DRLs, along with a range of common features like engine maps, engine brake, dual-channel ABS with an anti-roll-over system, traction control, Cruise Control, and metal braided brake hoses. However, each model has its own unique additions.

The TUAREG 660 boasts 4 riding modes and a 5-inch TFT instrument panel, while the TUONO 660 adds Wheelie Control (AWC), 5 riding modes, and a 4.3-inch TFT instrument panel. The RS 660, on top of the shared features, also includes a Bending Lights function, Cornering ABS (3 maps and Rear Wheel Lift-up Mitigation), Wheelie Control (AWC), Aprilia Quick Shift (AQS), and a 4.3-inch TFT instrument panel.

While the RSV4 FACTORY not only features the common features found across all three motorcycles, it also inherits an extra one from the RS 660. Additionally, this bike boasts Launch Control (ALC), a Speed Limiter, 6 riding modes, and a Sachs steering damper. Moreover, it comes with a 5-inch TFT instrument panel, unlike the instrument panel found in the RS 660.

Verdict

Aprilia's 2024 superbike lineup offers a diverse range of models catering to various riding preferences, with each bike equipped with advanced features and powerful engines. Although the prices might seem steep for the Indian market due to being CBUs, such costs are anticipated.
