Design and Style

TVS XL100 HD Alloy

The XL100 HD Alloy now rolls on 16-inch alloy wheels wrapped in tubeless tyres, enhancing strength while reducing chances of sudden punctures. A bright LED headlamp has been added to improve visibility during night rides. Subtle yet effective cosmetic updates include new graphics, a redesigned tail section and an all-black exhaust, which collectively give the moped a more contemporary look while staying true to its rugged DNA.

Practical Touches for Everyday Use

Carrying goods or traveling with family remains easy, thanks to the removable rear seat that frees up space for luggage. A wider floorboard ensures comfort and utility, while a mobile charging socket caters to the digital needs of today's riders. TVS has also fitted a hi-grip textured seat, designed to provide better stability even during bumpy rides. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and a swing-arm setup with variable-rate springs at the rear, making daily commutes smoother on uneven roads.

Technology & Safety Upgrades

One of the biggest highlights is TVS's ETFi (Eco Thrust Fuel Injection) technology, which promises a mileage boost of around 15% compared to earlier versions. Another thoughtful addition is the tilt sensor, which cuts off the engine automatically within three seconds if the moped tips over - an important safety net, especially for commercial users.

Engine & Performance

TVS XL100 HD Alloy

The XL100 HD Alloy is powered by a 99.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that churns out 4.3 bhp at 6,000 rpmand 6.5 Nm at 3,500 rpm. It can clock a top speed of 58 kmph, making it efficient yet reliable for city runs and small cargo hauling. The motor is paired with a centrifugal wet clutch and chain drive transmission, designed for durability and simple maintenance.

Lightweight Yet Capable

Weighing only 89 kg (kerb), the moped is easy to handle, but dont let the lightweight design fool you - it can carry a payload of up to 150 kg and a maximum laden weight of 239 kg. With a 4-litre fuel tank (with reserve option), it's well-suited for long runs between fuel stops, whether in rural towns or busy city streets.

The new model is offered in Red, Blue, and Grey shades. Beyond the HD Alloy, the XL100 range continues to be available in multiple trims, starting from Rs. 47,754 for the base Heavy Duty version, going up to Rs. 63,705 for the Comfort i-Touchstart.
