The Royal Enfield's foray has taken a major step towards green mobility with their two upcoming electric bikes. In a surprising move, two electric bikes, the Flying Flea S6 and the Flying Flea C6, have been spotted undergoing high-altitude testing. Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 and S6 Spotted

Royal Enfield appears to be fast-tracking its entry into the electric two-wheeler market; recent spy shots from the rugged terrain of Ladakh are clear proof. Both motorcycles are based on the RE's new EV dedicated L platform, but they cater to slightly different audiences. The C6 carries the DNA of a neo-retro roadster with clean lines and an urban-focused minimalist design. On the other hand, the S6 takes things differently, evident from the raised fender, USD forks and spoke wheels. While it is visible that C6 is using a belt drive system, the S6 is seen using a chain drive system. Notablty, the suspension setup also differs on both the bikes, the C6 uses an inverted forks setup while, the S6 uses a long travel USD forks along with a monoshock at the rear.

Expected Features

Both bikes are expected to feature a round TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity and riding modes. Additionally, they both can offer LED headlights, traction control, dual-channel ABS and much more. While detailed specifications are still under wraps.

In terms of launch timeline, the C6 is expected to make its first debut, likely around early 2026. Followed by the S6 a few months later. While the brand remains tight-lipped about any details regarding the launch. But the pricing for C6 is anticipated to be around Rs 4.5 lakh (ex-showroom) while the S6 is slightly more off-road oriented, and could be slightly premium.
